The standard turinis go for good money, if you need tyres then just sell the wheels. 15's do look good in them, but the car needs to be lowered. The cup front seats don't weigh much anyway I don't think? There's no air bags in them or anything, but you can still save weight by putting to...

I like the standard cup wheels, I'd keep them. these cars handle well from standard, if you still want the everyday luxuries and ride. I'd buy some new standard shocks all round. And good tyres. The rest in fuel and enjoy. matched inlets, remap? Leave it as it is then IMO

Considering full spec 197 on 07-08 plates are still 8K, I doubt a 200 is going to be so cheap so quickly. It would have to be a crap spec/dog, like the 197's going for 4K atm

I'm having no issues with mpg, must own a different car. I'm currently averaging 35.9 mpg on my commute to work. 60 mph B roads all the way.

Lol, typical reply. Justifying a 12 year old car you own is still as good as a new one. I had a ph1 172, it's nothing on par with the 200, apart from straight line speed is similar. only thing better about the ph1 when I had it, stone chips never bothered me.
