Meh, aint got time to post up a full thread, off playing in a min! Suppose it abit like that ktec 182 exhaust system you had, a few sneaky pics first iirc?!
Few, and i mean a few sneaky pics ;) of the H&R's we fitted yesterday!!! Big thanks to steve (birchdown auto) for fitment, i assisted lol!
I have loooads of pics, before, during fitting, and after shots. I'll post up a proper thread around easter time. I'm going to be painting the...
Its like the CTR. When i was selling my 182 it was between two cars, 197 and CTR. The reason i got a 197 is they are still fresh and you never see any where i live!! Older CTR's (facelift, not the current ones) are ten a penny, and again have had their day in my eyes.
Not so much the PH1, but the whole MK2 Clio as a whole. These 3 pics of Cup racers @ the Ring back in 2006 put the cars in perspective
it made the Mk2 look about 20yrs old over night.
I should know with having had a 172 Cup and a 182 FF. They are the same. The only thing extra the 172 ff/182 is lumbar adjustment and cheap leather/alacantra. Instead of airbags the cup seats are full of foam lol. Same shape/s**t support etc. The cup seats are lighter due to lack of airbags.
Looks fekkin awesome. For me it looked its best @ Donnington 2007, with the H&R's. Reminds my of my old Cup. Oh how i do miss that car :( Tis a sad day :( :(
Pfffftt silver?? That aint special ;) RB if you dont like the real Cup. BTW those fabric seats are the same as the FF jobs, but not covered in cheap leather! I found they held you in better with more grip being fabric!
Get a mint clean Cup. Be the closest in terms of feel to a williams, but with more refinement for the everyday commute. They are (with the Trophy) the best looking RS in standard form, in fact the Blue colour combined with the silver Turinis look so right imo. You wont have to worry about...

Thats what i'm getting at LOL! Who knows?! Imo it will, they aint going to build two boxes along each other...... Shorter ratio'd box doesnt bother me as i hardly do any motorway cruising. Its not that different anyway?
