Yeah has to be a dastec place. Chip is only as good as the place tuning it. If not done properly could knacker your engine or not get the most out of it. Set up probably 1 - 2 hours on RR.

Probably 100-200 quid less than retail but main thing with these chips is to get set up on a RR as set up specifically to the car its on. Dont just bolt it on and use it. Would work out cheaper and a good buy so long as someone can tune it to your car for you.

Autosol is good but thought was too abrasive.

Metal polish like autoglym does is fine. I would even use spray stuff you can get for stainless steel sinks, hobs etc first as that can be sprayed on and wiped off after a while. Use metal polish after.
