I guess the rears need to be lowers as there is less weight on them. Contact patch of tyres with road changes depending on how much pressure you use.
I used to run 32 but find 31 better. Again experiment with what feels best.
Got mine done at BB when I was approaching 70k last year. They only charge about 160 quid which is reasonable and whilst you are at it they may as well do water pump if it needs it.
Good time to get cams or a chip fitted too as you would need belt changing on cam fitment. So in theory can...

Just seen this on ebay, didnt know there was a chip for the 16v/Willy but then I would not risk buying something of an unknown quantity of...
Yeah I would go for BMC everytime, especially as I think it fits better thn the Viper if it looks like the Viper has to fit near the radiator.
I got my adaptor made my drawing around and photocopying the oval part of the throttle body, givin dimensions including bolt length, wedth etc to a...
Yeah adaptor is required. Got mine done from some fiate tuners that dealt with BMC importers eurostyling.
Need to get it made up, or get one from Ktec as I believe they should have made an adaptor to get the Viper to fit.
Yeah bosch spoiler are the ones to go for that you can get easily. Either get ripped of at Halfords or go to a gsf and get them for less than half Halfords charge. Has to be a Valeo wiper for the rear, again gsf are best.
Valver I take it ????
I replaced the K&N my car came with to a BMC CDA which is much better. Had a BB chip fitted when I was down there for cambelt/water pump replacement and would recommend them.
As for IK, only BMC CDA or Viper to chose from really on the valver.
National Tyres 15 quid for Duckhams QXR semi synthetic, filled to max and filter. Voucher in paper. Why supply oil and pay 30 quid for someone to do it !!!!!
Sfs are actually better than samco. Would get it made yourself as would need to be correct diameter at throttle body and at other end where it fits CDA. Angle will also be dependent on where you fit it.
I have some MB Quart titanium 1 inch tweeters available from a PSC316 kit. Kit is 3 way but as going in back for rear fill not using tweeters as have them in front.
Make me an offer if you want them.
Alignment can but was well impressed with Northampton Motorsport. They are expensive but it shows in their set up. Measures camber, castor, toe in and alignment on a set up that is within 1mm level and can set up weighting to put 25% of car weight on each wheel for great handling.
Would have thought any change in suspension geometry could possibly change settings/parameters.
Went to Northampton Motorsport on Saturday and they have a great system for measuring everything and setting up the car although expensive. Would recommend it as youd be suprised what they can...
Turini for sure. They are cheaper and I think OZ are had to get in other colours ie White or Gold.
Also leans towards Cup pedigree by going for the speedlines.
For 15 quid you can get national tyres to do it with Duckhams QXR semi synthetic and new filter. That is what I do with a voucher they put in the paper. Oil is worth at least 20 quid and filter costs at least a fiver, plus all the hassle. Cheaper to get somewhere like them to do it.
If you...
First time my car has let me down, must be sulking as I have now owned it for 3 years.
Could not even push it as the rear calipers love to stick on in the wet weather when stoodstill for a bit. Managed to free those via a towing rope and on towing the car it managed to bump start. Took it...
By attaching a spark plug to the coil lead that goes to to the distributor cap, there is a spark from the ignition module/coil when turning the engine over.
Put car on charge sunday night and there were some sparks when I connected charger up. Took off charge yesterday morning and car would not start.
Ended up replacing battery which was knackered and distributor cap and rotar arm. Still wont start.
Anyone any idea if the sparks could have...
Thanks everyone. Coilovers have camber adjustment, not sure about castor. Just need everything sorting out before I dangerously wear the inside of the tyre out.
Got to wait till next week when every1 resumes business as normal.
Have FK Automotive coilovers on front that have this adjustment. This was not noticed by "Renault Specialist" when these were removed to fit a strut brace and when it was put was put back wrongly.
Will check this place in Northampton. Hopefully they can give me a little negative camber which...
Just got some GSD3s fitted to the front as the old Bridgestone S03s I have had for 2.5 years are now scary in this weather.
On checking the tracking they said the castor/camber is out on the drivers side wheel. This was a result of a so called Renault Specialist ballsing up my settings when...
Thought o2 offer was all handsets free on 200 min tariff not 400. Forgive me but I work for them.
Even my staff discount (get 50% off rental) says I get P900 free if I go on 400 min tariff but if o2 shops can offer phone free on 200 mins tariff know where I will get it from.
Not sure if 17s make the car stand higher than on 15s but doubt it as the tyre profile should compensate.
I fitted FK Automotive coilovers that lowered the rear by only about 15mm and more at the front. Still scrape the back box on speed humps sometimes.
Personally dont think lowering any...
Forgot to say. I just ordered two F1s to replace by worn Bridgestone S03s and got them for 50 quid each fitted. You may find them a bit cheaper, nearer 40 on internet sites but then have the hassle of finding somehere to fit them only and pay them for it.
Was gonna hold out for the...
185/55/15 are the standard size and I think you can get F1s in this isze but most people end up fitting 195/50/15 as this is a more popular size so more tyres available and cheaper too.
This does knock the speedo out a little as the diameter, radius or whatever it is is a bit more/less. Tyre...
Should have got a..................... Valver or Willy.
Had my Valver for nearly three years and it has never let me down. If you can put up with the squeaks and rattles, by turning the music up, its fine and I look forward to many more years of trouble free driving.
There, done it now...
Mine is also the same althpough did work before. Told its either the connection or wire on the back of the glass. Will probably break the glass trying to remove it anyway so gonna get new one.
Apparently only a Renault item as GSF etc are mirror only with no element (or thats what they have...
