I found that those companies that offered a little extra discount for being IAM qualified, were normally more expensive in the first place making the extra discount worthless.
Agree with White16valver ^^^ too.
That very nearly brought my dinner back up again...putrid, rancid, foul looking thing.
Did people make mod suggestions to him as a laugh, then keep pissing themselves behind his back whe he actually went through with it?
"Very sad to se it go" PMSL - I'd be ecstatic!
Bottom line - put...
But short trips "often" isn't what this thing does...it's every single time it's fired up.
Try this...tomorrow morning, before you start your car, reset the trip comp. Then start the engine, and leave it ticking over for 15mins, before driving 0.5 mile as economically as you can. Note your...
Anyone know what the brakes are like on them?
I know they're probably 4/6-piston calipers or something...but what are they like, braking time after time from say 130mph down to 70mph? Have any on track roadtests been published?

I'm an IAM observer :)
And yes the "theory" would and does say that, but practically? As I said before...5th for holding and maintaining a steady speed is fine, and from personal experience far more economical than 4th or 3rd.
The main reason I/we recommend 3rd gear at 30mph to associate...
Nothing wrong with trip computer.
In 10 mins I normally go 6-7 miles in the morning - this one though manages only 1/4 mile.
The fuel burnt at tickover alone would be enough to pull along a 182 about 1 mile in 10 mins, but it only manages a quarter of that, all the while it will rev, pull...
