sometimes when i open my car from the keyfob the alarm does a series of beeps, maybe about 4. But only sometimes does it, anyone have any ideas on what this could be or experianced it themeselves?

40mph in 5th gear last night and a warning light came on, 99% sure it called the pre-heat light (little orange square with lines inside) stopped at the side of the road turned the car on and off and the light was gone:S The g/f was driving the car today at 40mph and the light came on again...

Ive fitted my omp front and back strut braces on the cup now and the back brace will not stop sqeeking:mad: its driving me mad, Any tips???

To see if they could find the problem with my 129 cup, Well arrived there at bang on 8am and gave them my keys, the senior mechanic came out and said can he go out for a little drive-so off he went a couple of minutes later he came back. First thing he said to me was it was to quick to be 129bhp...

well im thinking of these for the cup, has anyone ever been in a clio with these sort of seats in, Do they restrict your view much. I notice that these are side mounted is it just a case of bolting to the subframes to the seat then to the floor once in the correct position?

Well since im new to the 172 thing i need help choosing a cat back system for the cup. I like the whole hiddin exhaust look on the cup and dont fancy changing that much;) been looking about and i like the look of the k-tec steath??? The only thing is ive never heard it in person or being driven...

Had a discussion with a friend at how much the 172 cup weighs, had a look on the car and it says 1300 kg (roughly) Does anyone know the actual weight of the cup 172? im not being lazy i have searched for the past 20 minutes:) Cheers Ecka

Has anyone on here fitted bucket seats to there 172/182, just wondering as i dont think i have ever seen a 172/182 road car with them :S I like the half leather/alacantra interior myself and would be my prefrence:)

well i wondered what ronal turbos would look lke on the cup, now seeing them im not to keen now, just putting it up to see what your views on the matter was:)

i have the chance to buy a full set of alacantra/ leather seats, but on has had the air bag explode out of it, it has only burst the stitching on some of the seat, i was thinking of getting it stitched back up, anyone had this done before, and have any idea of how much it will cost?, not worried...

My 172 cup is low on fuel, but its one bar before the red mark, my fuel light never comes on until about 30 miles before it runs out, we all know when it gets low it comes up with dashes on the digi display like this ( - - - - ) What im trying to get at it my fuel light is on but the fuel...

I have sent emails to hillpower about the silicone bend, airbox and filter,. yet no reply .Seen it on so many guys 172's on here, How much do they cost I cant seen to find out anywhere???

i have just bought an air filter for the cup with a heat shield im planning a cold air feed will be running it on a samco 90 bend will i gain or will it definitely loose power? anyone had experiences in this before:) ???
