over the winter at some point i will be giving the much loved cup a wee service. Oil, filter and plug change i can easy manage its the gearbox oil and coolant change ive never done. Any steps i should follow/tips? what grade of both gearbox oil and engine oil i should use? its a 03 cup...

just purchased a sparco steering wheel for the cup and was wondering what bosses are compatable with sparco? i do realise that sparco ones are but what others? momo? omp? etc Also where is the best place for buying them and the little nuts that bolt the wheel to the boss?

recentley ive just fitted a cage into my cup! Good idea at the time maybe but now im struggling for space and not putting everything in the wheel well:o was after a boot net type of thing to hold some stuff, maybe something that hangs from the cage :S im totally clueless to the name of these...

well finally gotton round to taking a vid of this strange noise coming from either the cambelt area or the aux belt area? its not the ticking thats a problem its the whirring:S in the backround, has done it ever since the cambelt change 2 months ago? Car still pulls excellent and everything...

been thinking the past couple of days, is there a conversion inlet manifold for the 172. Like the diabas conversion inlet for the corsa b gsi c16xe engine, basically a shortend inlet for less drag! They can also be made! Has anyone ever done this? Anyone know where i can find out more info...
