I still cant get my head round it :S You chopped off your original 182 exhaust tips and replaced them with "stealth" style tips. Then put on some cheap looking autosave jobs to make it look better. You also put on bumpstrips of a trolley onto the bottom of your bumper to stop damaging the paint...

There omp strut braces mate:) Tbvh I dont know if it makes a difference. If there is its not that noticable. BUT when driving you can here the the rear strut brace flexing, well sound like its flexing. Could just be viberation through the tops of the shockers? The front one must be doing...

If you use sand your killing 2 birds with 1 stone tbh. Flat boot floor and your lowering the car ;) Dont use mdf mate its far to heavy, 6mm ply is just fine, even 9mm ply if your worried. Make a cardboard template then make the ply floor, much easyier.

I most certainly am :approve: around 3000rpm its got a great "rip" to it :o it help its decated but its not overly loud. Awesome noise on the B roads etc. The look on peoples faces when they here/see it coming lol.

Good lad. Dont let the sheep influence you;) they sound great with a decat. Best looking exhaust system for the 172 imo. No hacking at bumpers and all that jazz. If you get sick of it just remove it. No going back to the bodyshop to fill holes up etc.

My personal preference. Its the only thing the cup is missing as standard, the seats are gash. Sit in my seats then sit in standard seats you will see what i mean. Tbvh i couldnt have a "FF" 172 or a 182 its not my style these days.

For all the weight of 6mm ply. Not even 1/2 a sheet is needed. Do it properly its the best way. The ply is sturdy enough not to flex and doesnt move around if you get a tight fit :D

Imo its all about the driver in the real word. with in reason that is, cant see a reliant robin keeping up with a evo6.

Cup is the winner everytime. Turinis, cup spoiler and its faster. Looks great in the mondial blue and its easyier to maintain. Theres less to go wrong. Stick a decent set of seats in and you will be hard pushed to find a hothatch thats as fun for the money.
