Great info mate :) not really up for hacking at the bumper tbh. Mite just keep an eye out for some k-tec ones. Either that or try and find some caf trumpets to fit into the foglight holes.
I did to jonny. But wanted another :o just love the look of it, sounds great with the decat.
Cheers for all the comments guys :D well chuffed with the wee cup now 20x better than before imo.
Looking for brake ducts that fit into the foglight and surround for the 172 cup. Cant seem to find them anywhere. Ive done a search but there seems to be some confusion to who still sells them.
Anyone know where i can purchase a set, or even better point me in the direction of someone who is...
Cheers for the comment.
Yes im aware that the k-tec recessed exhaust exists for the 172 but i still dont think its that nice. I chose the magnex twin exit because i like it.

Well today i put the final touch to the cup, so ofcoarse i had to take pictures.
Since its been of the road i have cleaned the thing up a wee bit.

Tbh that sounds normal mate. The new pads and disks will take time to bed in. Give it a few hunderd miles ;)
Just to clear things up. Its not a grinding noise coming from the rear, its a clicking/knocking.
Both pads are there mate, disk is undamaged. Its a clicking/knocking at very low speed and my foot is on the brake ever so lightly. Have given the shocker and spring a good old shake and there solid. Its a wierd one.
Im thinking the back brakes are working more that they should. Sounds silly but since i done my front drivers side brake caliper the back brakes have been hotter that normal :S Could this be caused by the front brake not being bled properly?
The drivers side rear back brake has now started to...
