He didn't glue it down like I asked him to so it was still slightly noticeable when close up, he did smoke it however which I think looks brilliant:
You can see the little crack at the top of the brake light in the centre kind of in this pic:
The ride on Apex isn't much different to when I had mine on sportlines, though it is a little bit stiffer. Upgrading the shocks doesn't really do a lot for comfort, just makes sure that the car can handle being so low basically!
It's happened again now, probably because I got a 2nd hand coil pack though. I think I'll get some new sparkies and a coil pack and hopefully it'll be sorted again.
Are you fitting it to the standard wings or getting RS ones? A 172 rear bumper would complement it really well, if not though a bit of colour-coding on the bumpstrips would finish the look off. Nice tidy motor nevertheless :)
I did that a minute ago, if they can't though then I have no idea what to do :(
I'm guessing theres no way the ones in the link will work on the rears then?
Could this be because when fitting them, I bolted them into the hub first, then let the car down? Rather than screwing in the top first and lining it up with the bottom afterwards?
Yeah that's all the came with. My standard ones had a bit of rubber with a kind of pole coming off it but it won't fit on my new shocks as it's not wide enough to slide down it.
