I know that place fella, I know it well. But I got sensible from an MX-5 and wound up in a Clio :) I can't help on 200's, but a 172/182 will do 35mpg on a long run, but rumour on here is that 200's will struggle to do 30.

to be fair, unless you start pouring a lot of money into the doors and an amp, you'd do just as well to leave the OEM stuff in place and get a small sub. it'll be cheaper and you can cut the low-end from the speakers so they'll sound better too.
