Ditch the stock dash and tie a digi dash into your ecu if the omex supports it. My ecu can run the fan based on the values from coolant temp sensor if needs be.

Cheers mate. Ive been keeping my eye out for all the van trims and small internal bulkhead, if you see any link me up (y) 182 lump will be great in yours, 40mpg on a run and decent power. If i was doing less miles i would have used a cheap 172 for my conversion.

Its not ideal but should be able to drive it steady, check the clamps are still on the injectors just incase

Yes it will stink of diesel fumes. Should be able to find out what cylinder is leaking when the engine is idling, or as @YorkshireKyle said the black gunk. As above the injector seals are pennies, should be replaced and seats cleaned up in the head, and injector clamps torqued up properly, or...

Glowplugs do nowt on these, definitely an injector by the sounds of it, leakoff will reveal all

Need to nip/bend the terminals on the black plug as they are spread and not contacting the light properly as said above :unsure:

Done some rust removing and jacking point straightening on the orange dci today. Pains me to do as its all caused by incorrect jacking up on the sill. Done a quick fix when i first got it, its lasted ok and still solid but done a better job this time. Unbolted wing and it revealed hidden...

No just needs a new copper washer fitted, cheap as chips. Can even anneal the old one if your stuck and refit.

I can see green on the car side of the plugs. Need cleaning up and nipping up.

At a guess it sounds like an injector seal is chuffing

The connections from car to cluster are the issue as i said above, clean and bend the connectors for better fit on the rear lights

Poor connection at the rear lights, bend the individual metal connectors in the plastic plug so they contact better.
