Cheers mate. Impressed with the Gyeon, first time i have used them.
Might try the Rim, how does it hold out on trackdays ? I have been using finishkare 1000p but have noticed it goes spotty when hot.
I bought the wiseco tapered ring compressor off ebay mate from a motorbike shop, not many...
Cheers mate. The Gyeon q2 trim is a permanent trim restorer for plastics. Claims to last 24month no fading, will see !

Some more pics now the Gyeon q2 has settled in. I was worried that the cold evening on Sunday would knacker it up as 24hr cure time and should really be left in the garage whilst curing, however its cured lovely to a near oem finish now. Luckily picked the right day to apply as its pissed down...
Also binned the carbon canister valve a few weeks ago as sick of the ticking on idle. Got a few miles out of it before it chucked the eml light on, so fitted a 22ohm resistor from rs components £2.60. Made a small loom to plug in which has worked great, no issues resistor does not even get luke...
Big spring clean for the Kangoo today. Been using it loads recently but not cleaning it so wheels were black with brake dust and was looking a bit unloved.
Pre wash & AF snowfoam

Next step was 2 bucket wash, followed by drying and...

M140i is a mega car fot the money. I had a go in my mates the other night, mapped to 458hp & quaife lsd apart from that stock. Hes had it since new and in 20k all it has needed is tyres and service. Was very impressed with the performance, im considering flogging a couple of cars and getting one...
Made a start on the clutch change on Friday as gearchange was starting to become difficult & need to use the car for work in the next few weeks.
Subframe off and box off, all bolts as rusty as expected
New clutch in, old one almost down to the rivets
Give the chassis rails a quick de rust...
T cut would work but its a shite product really, never been a fan of it.
My Kangoo got covered in iron rust spots for whatever reason and a one hit of fallout remover/power wash took it off in about 15 mins, compared to hours of arm ache taking it off. My rear hub left a rust stain on my 2118’s...
Try it on rust and see what happens, rust stains rinse off. It does not cure it however but can sort out very minor spots like this. Bilt Hamber Korrosol is awesome stuff
Them spots are nothing really, i was expecting big rust bubbles. Your best off using fallout remover, clay then polish & finish with a good quality wax, keep on top of it and probably last quite a bit longer.
