I guess you'll have to tear the whole car down for a nuts-n-bolts rebuild, in which ase fair play, you've got scope, otherwsie it'll be a lot of effort to bring handling etc. up to the calibre of a basic 172.
I did consider making a Campus Rep out of my 172 once, but then realised that would...
you dont have to lose your dash-top display if you change head unit.
Well, Speaking from a Mk.2 angle anyway, although I'd imagine the same would apply.
There are plenty of mid-range Alpines that do Display-out, as well as bluetooth and USB / iPhone in.
A mechanic once said something similar when they were working on my car.
When JMS did my service I asked them about it and was told that it's fine.
On lock, one mount will be higher than the other too.
whether you're trying to fit into a "scene" or not, people will pigeon-hole your car into some sort of scene regardless, whether you like it, or pay any attention, or not.
Of course, people can do whatever they like with their own property (within reason and law), but that doesn't neccesarily...

Dont bother throwing money at your car yet, give it some time first else you may find you're one of the many who passes, gets all excited about bazzing up their Clio Shopping, only to write it off a week later.
Besides, all the money you pour into trying to turn your car into something it's...
love the Europa (this and the newer one)
Those wheels look so much better too, set it off in its 70's glory.
Of course, being CS, I'd imagine someone will have suggested Turinis at some point, at which point a dry-backhander should be delivered
if you cant afford to run 'em, don't buy 'em.
I love it when people come on moaning how they're spending almost the same on tax & insurance than on the car.
Go forbid they ever have to change the belts, or fill it with fuel.
Although, being fair. Something must be afoot with insurers, at...
FONV has fallen into the back of the stack, with GT5 & COD:BO taking up PS time.
Until the next DLC comes out, providing it isn't as toss as the last one
Wont anymore. Everyone's going to get stung the same due to recent EU ruling.
On a side note, if you've got 2 years driving experience but no NCB, were you running under someone elses policy before?
it's not like they're askling a fortune for it. True, it's a lot for what it is, but it's not lottery-winning territory. www.moneysupermarket.com/loans
