You can get anti-fog treatments for the inside of the windscreen from Halfords, Rain-X do a version of it as well as the normal outside stuff. Not sure how effective it is though, havent tried it myself. Keeping the aircon on should stop it, but like Lee said, as soon as you turn it off it...

Id go for the full fat 182 in your case. If your not going to drive it on the track then you might as well save a few quid and get a few extra toys. Omar, I dont think it matters whether my car is run in or not, youre just a nutter when you get behind the wheel :p
