reason why you should do it
youll look different to every other cup out there!!!
izibizi, you can go lower than that!!! mine is -110mm at the rear!!! (non 172)
no they dont, but a bloke off ere just cut his open and then removed the internals and welded it back together!! nice idea, but remind me how much a new CAT costs JAY!!!!
no not inc clutch (im assuming hell charge roughly £150, he knows valvers inside out!!Ill ring him tomorrow and ask for defo)
hes cheap, but very good!!!!
hes located off junc 5 m42
Ill get you a 100% defo quote
he can change the clutch without removing the engine if i remeber right...
handles 10x better (i got mine through R&A design)
defo worth the money, but they need to be set up properly!!!
I fitted mine, very easy, but i had them set up at northamptom motorsport
PS i upset a cup owner off here when we had a race down an A road near me!!!!! (aka Yozza aka mr kart champ)
My mate neil can do it (ex clio cup race mechanic) he now has his own garage
hes in the birmingham area and i guess hed charge about £150ish
he does all the mechanical work on my car
yeah 5% off at k-tec!!
i fitted mine myself, but they need to be set up properly using laser cos the camber needs to be set correctly
day to day the ride is actually better than std shock with lowering springs, and thats in my car which is 100mm drop!!!!
Id suggest going for the FKs, cheaper and equally as good (myself and Robfenn have them)
bout £580 from k-tec, and they can drop the car 80mm (although mine is lower cos i went for the custom option)

that aint right!!!! i havent ever had to top up my oil (now on 52K) but i change it every 6-10K depending on how much cash i have (i run it on fully syn)
Infact the weight saving is noticable, (thought it was only 4kg before, but i discovered its more!!)
welll worth it if you have the £££££
not really a performance mod, more of a looks thing
jimbo, im afraid youre wrong, it uses a fibreglass frame moulded off an original (but very think...
also your tyre pressures will be up around 30+psi no need!!! you want 27psi front 24psi rear is much better
what make are the alloys??? is the car lowered???
yeah they can affect things, how thick are the spacers???
say your running 5mm spacers on the rear, the rear track is gonna be 10mm wider, not the best idea for handling!!! Plus contis dont help!!!!
front I I
rear I I
remember the w**kers that are insurance comps wont pay out if you wipe your arse with your left hand!!!! theyll try anything to get out of paying!!!!!
get an independant inspection or ask for another inspection
OR ring them up and act a bit dum, ask if its possible to declare alloys on the...
