yeah undo the two sort of plastic screw things and take them out (its the bit with renault info stickers on it, plastic bit around the bonnet latch)
pull it forward and put your hand down behind it and unclip it
it will obviously increase the stress on these parts and therefore decrease the life span, but i havent had any problems and my car has done 43000miles (40000 of those has been with the car lowered)
unplugged the one after the CAT (theres a plug connection if you follow the wire back with your hand) and taped it up and cable tied it out of the way.
and just had the first lambda in place (the one before the CAT)
simple as that!!! it works!! no lights on the dash or anyting
which...
The neighbours are fed up with me anyway!!!
I was tempted to get the old grinder out when i saw the bolts holding the down pipe onto the manifold!!!! but my small b**ch hands just got into the gap!!!!
Everyone within a 2mile radius of my house arent speaking too me!!!! LOL!!!
Fitting the worlds loudest exhaust at 12 oclock at night isnt the best idea ive ever been "talked into"!!!!!!!
yeah the second lambda as far as im aware doesnt do much!!!!
I fitted dogmauls supersprint last night, and it comes with a threaded hole for the lambda to fit in (only for the first lambda)
I disconnected the second one (after the CAT) completely and jus cable tied the wire out of the way...
Eurocar parts in stoke built it (ian nixon) hes sold it now though!!!
It was 250bhp per engine 1/4 mile (402m) in 11/12sec i think
He beat a lambo diablo over the 1/4 (and the diablo was tuned!!)
