Sorry clare, but i disagree (in the nicest way, dont want to offened) What year is your car Yes mk2 172 wheels will fit ANY clio from 1998 onwards IMO I have seen them on a 2002 non 172 car, also on a clio 16ver, an R5GTT, and an RT they are 16" and they have 195/45 16" tyres (i think)

Ill be up at their factory in the next couple of days (the wheel refurb place i use is next door) a mate of mines dad know the guys that work their,ill ask about for you????

You need to remove the two 17mm bolts that hold down the rear plastic bit, the youll see a bolt inbetween where the two seats split, undo this then your done!!!

That includes VAT, NOT fitting

I know the handling will be crap, and i know that my wheel bearings will smash to pieces, and i also know many of my suspension parts will fail, but it will be the lowest mk2 1998 onwards shape clio in the country (on 17s) which will do me just fine!!!!!!!!
