when I put this SSD in my old laptop it didn't really make any odds, but then again it was an old laptop.
this new one with i5 processor and 8gb of ram is ace with SSD
normally changing a hard drive takes seconds and do a fresh install a few hours. due to this driver issue the install has taken days, but hey im there now.
after days of dicking around and scratching my head, I found that windows has some drivers for the wireless card in the laptop. not the exact one but similar model, anyway installed them and it worked. so im fully up and running and the brand new laptop with SSD is flying along now.
ok well installing windows 8.1 on the ssd was going well but hit a major brick wall
I cant install the wireless card / bluetooh drivers as I keep getting this error

I know there is a fair amount of interest on this forum about cctv.
now cctv cameras, lets be fair the quality isn't really up to much. even a half decent IP camera is just about ok, again nothing special.
why hasn't someone come up with a way to use a digital camera or mobile phone as a CCTV...

yes it took me about 2 weeks to work out that you need to select the actual viewport not click inside the viewport.
but 0.2 isn't 1:500
I have been using the standard ones but I also need 1:500, I think 0.002 is 1:500
just got one of these dell laptops, its comes with an i5 processor and the spec on the dell website says up to 2.7GHz
but when I check the spec on the laptop it only says 1.7GHz, why? what am I missing?
seems to be working ok today, but last night wasn't working at all.

very annoying
got a brand new dell inspiron laptop yesterday, it will not stay connected to my homehub 5.
every 2-3mins I lose connections, its taking me about 10mins to write this post.
im about 2 metres away from the homehub but only have like 2 bars of signal and it wont keep them
is this a normal issue?
ive done a drawing of someones house for them at 1:1 scale and ive done some viewports with different angles of the house in.
how do I scale these so like 1:500 etc...?
