Thats what i thought mate, suprised me actually - i see almost 3-4 GTi's a day (mk6) i'd say. I thought they sold a fooking shed load, they're fantastic cars aswell, mk4 was a bit of a bum steer but 5/6 are just brilliant!

Okay to a young blade like myself though Clart, you went to school with the tooth fairy IIRC ;) In all honesty i find they are good for my back (not that its sore) but keeps me sitting more up right than slouched in the standard chairs!

Mine does this and the belts and dephaser were changed in November Clart. I thought it only done it some times but now that i noticed it it actually does it all the time (when its warm)

Is this supposed to kick in when the cars idling? And also, would a bum thermostat have any play in it? (The needle sits just over half way, i'll be changing the temp sensor and temp sensor tomorrow) Not noticed it before today, its a 172 Cup btw! Thanks as always!
