The subframe itself has no adjustability on it as it has locating tabs, so unfortunately this wont have just moved if it was the culprit. It is however very strong so I'd be suprised if this was bent!

Yeah okay, sometimes if the bore has been cleaned out the bearings will not be tight. How did they feel going in?
What torque are you also putting on the hub nut? Slightly unsure whether you've tightened either at the moment?
