No, its streaming video. It works fine on my XP and on another vista pc. So its something to do with my Ultimate machine. Its not a codec issue, tried and tried exactly same codecs on both machines.

As far as im aware, if you sold the car with the private reg and sold the generic reg that would be illegal. As that means the plate dies with the car, essentially. So if someone wanted the reg of the car, they couldnt do that, purely because the original was sold. So i believe this cannot be...
