Hi Shaun, thanks.
Where are the cars going on track parking? I ask, as I am trying to figure out what to bring in terms of spare tyres / jack etc.
Looking forward to it :)
Yep, when they are cold they don't make any noise. 5 mins in, slightly warm and they squeal. Badly. Stay like that on the road as you can't get more heat in them unless you're a lunatic.
On track. Brilliant pads. No squealing.
Gus is bang on - what pads do you have?
I'm running the ds1.11s with my Meg Brembo's and because of the reduced weight of the clio I can never get them hot enough on the road to stop them squealing. They squeal horrifically.

It isn't about the lap times. At CSS I went out in a fully stripped car which seemed to feel more "fun" because of how raw it was. @Daniel will attest it wasn't any quicker than mine, but it felt worlds apart.

It's done 111k now and I absolutely love it. Does everything I need it to with...
That be the question.
I'm sure most of you have seen the interior of the flame mobile. It is what I'll politely call "clubsport" spec. I.e. It's still all there, just has silly bucket seats, harnesses and a cage
I did this as I used the car quite often for long trips, but now I have a...
Update time.
Loaded the car up and went off to CSS 15 at Blyton. My first CSS, and it was brilliant! Was great to meet some more people off here and I enjoyed Blyton and the car ran healthily all day, although it did break a jubiliee clip causing the boost pipe to pop off and the brakes got a...
