Lol Gaz. OK buddy, start off with something like Meguirars All Purpose Cleaner and aggitate with a brush. Failing that, something like WD40 may break down the substance as it removes waxes/polish stains from plastics. Again, failing that, try the JML magic sponge (no I'm not joking!).

Wash, dry, clay, wash, dry, polish, seal/wax. I seem to repeat that so many times a day, it's un true! Lol! Anyhoo, Carbon;
