^^^depends how clean they are to start with. Engine and machine cleaner for me on wheels that haven't been protected. Mine, I just use gold class shampoo, old mitt and the usual brushes as the dirt just "slides" off.

The headlights on some cars appear to start to fade/get some sort of growth on them and go coarse. Machine polishing or a high cut polish is the only thing that sorts it, can sometimes even require wet sanding.

Yeah in that case it is a very good price. I would ask, is he going to protect the paint afterwards, as it will need sealing/waxing (but this can be done yourself, so even if he doesn't, bring it home, wash it and seal it with Extra Gloss Protection). Jamie
