AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH The other forbidden word!
Mate, Mur is like sandpaper in liquid form. Please, please, please don't use it! Worse than the "T" word!
Yeah comes with a three year one. Basically, the old one we had was a low case one, that we had had for about 5-6 years. When that broke, we were told it could not be fixed. So opted to buy and new one, and on their advice got one that, if it ever broke outside of the three year warranty, could...
They are generally very very good items, Richy, so I wouldn't worry. I just know that I will be keeping it for a long time, and it will be over used. So I tend to buy for the future, much like with most of my detailing bits and pieces (bulk buying/saving pennies where ever I can).

There are quite a few recent threads on PWs, Piers mate. Have a search. Vacuum wise, I find that they are pretty much all the same. I have about three of the damn things from mum's old ones!
I use AG Bumper Care, but sometime find that it is too clumpy/thick and needs to be used in extra small amounts/buff it off afterwards as well.
Their vinyl care stuff is good for window rubbers, but again, I am currently in the process of trying out a vast array of new products from sellers...
