Supers 4.9kg 1.2's 6.2kg Good progress and the carbon trim is for a 182 really so made to fit standard 182 cut outs ;-)

As above, mistake or the cars been wrapped/painted

If it seizes it could take the aux belt with it and that means possible chew into cambelt and many bent valves. So yeah it's a risk running the engine with any untoward noises coming from the belts area

@Jason_E My RB is about to hit mileage requirement for cambelt over time and has done more miles than your Jag swaps? ;)

as above, welcome, the bonnet is phase 1 specific but not sport/V specific so any old phase 1 bonnet will fit like the idea of an odyssey almost phase 1 Vee but would avoid the gold highlights.....to wannabee Williams almost and you'll get that the entire time. Go dark blue and keep the current...

mine has exactly that same rust and that's caused by a rear end shunt pushing up the bumper mounts. the bumper then rubs when driving on the arch and wears the paint away. before you know it hey presto a rusty arch in that spot. stone chips on the leading edge of the arch lead to rust there...

Cracking work and without saying hate to say told you so but us seasoned Renault pro's, particularly with the f4r lumps in the mk2 sports, always say buy genuine everything for a reason. Particularly on anything at all to do with the engines! Easy to see why so many cars have left the roads too...

I personally would only every buy genuine for as long as possible for engine rotational assembly components. once you are 6/7/800 quid in why risk another 100 for a cheaper alternative? apart from that, loving your work and dedication, I recently had the lot done on my little blue heap, full...

don't get me wrong, boosting a little Clio is a proper giggle and an absolute riot on the road, but hammering round track in one inevitably ends in something breaking or even just temps stopping a long session. I intend to boost one of mine again eventually, but it won't be a primarily track...

Tend to run into issues more readily too with heat management etc, particularly on track. I used to run a boosted track car, i don't anymore as issues kept ruining my days. I added more handling orientated mods and lightness instead and since that never had engine issues again
