My springs on my FK coilies looked terrible when I took the wheels off the other day . . .
They started blue and have now lost all of the paint . . . Now I am not bothered about the look of them, but could this be a sign of problems to come and would you think degraded springs are best...

RS ones you need to get the plastic adaptors. IIRC you also need to drill the holes to accept where the rivets would go. Best off asking another rep though as mine are replica side skirts :)

just to bump this, Ben_P had a go with your suggestion fred and it wouldnt shift.
going to drill the bolt this evening as the metal is as soft as s**t (hence it sheared)
then thinking about hammering in the screw driver after that . . . thoughts?
