just speak to Paul @ RDP (he's able to post fluids again now) for everything and yes i'd do the box oil if its not been done before, its cheap and easy to do
right spoke to him, he used 172 stub axle and caliper/disc but the central hub and wheel bearing from the valver pressed into it.
then machined 2mm off the mating face of the 172 stub axle where it bolts to the strut as the valver strut flanges are closer together. also drilled out the strut to...
tbh, its going to be a massive improvement either way as the stuff in there is a hotch potch of ancient stuff and top ups from rebleeds over the years, I've been lazy! lol!
once the odyssey is retired from active duty when I get the RB 182 back next job is to strip the skirts off that and check the outer sills

lovely looking example and particularly love the engine cover!
there was a larger caliper carrier and disc that could use the standard calipers available at one point but can't for the life of me remember who made them and if any would still be floating about somewhere
yes, I have them on mine, best way is to convert to 172 wide track, so use everything from a mk2. mine has driveshaft's, wishbones, anti roll bar, hubs, brakes and I use Williams front struts with bolt holes eased out to fit 172 bolts and the 172 hubs have been machined narrower to accept the...
on a side note, never sure which way to put the springs, helpers above or below mains. The FK were mains underneath, KW's I've opted for the other way around based on just pics on the KW website showing them that way round!lol!
26-08-2017 KW V2 Coilover fitting
After affixing the whiteline and rear dampers to the car, I also took the opportunity to fit my KW V2 front coilover units.
I have used the stiffer 500lb aftermarket springs on them and set them to approx. half way on the dampening adjustment for now to see...
