Haven't updated for a while so I'll just post some pics of the frenchy and parts I've got to fit.
Hoping to get on a track day at rockingham on the 26th of jan.
Don't suppose you have the Renault number the rack by any chance?
What else is needed for fitting an epas rack/non pas rack? I'd much rather have manual steering than hydraulic or electric.
Pulled the little cup out the garage over the weekend to take few pics and do a bit of work.
I started by losing abut of camber so the tyres cleared the shocks nicely.
I then fitted my blower fan under the scuttle pan and fitted the T7 heater and ran all the ducting.
Also...
Defo need to reduce some camber. There 205 tyres :(
Thanks bud. Want to drive the bloody thing now lol
I brought mine from demon tweeks's ebay shop. It's under auto marine iirc. I'll try and find a link or item number.
Did a small amount tonight
Taped the windows up so I can paint the front of the cabin.
Started making the coolant lines to the heater
And started moving the loom out the way. Have decided what to do with all the excess wire, wanna go standalone ecu with a custom bare essentials loom.
Fitted the wheels tonight :) only to find the front tyres are resting on the Coilovers :( can't even turn the wheels :( spacers are required lol
But I have a set of Turinis to get rid of now with 4 decent uniroyal rainsport2
Paint inside abit. Only to tidy it up abit.
Also started...
Haven't updated for a while.
Cars not really moved until last weekend when I pushed it into the garage and took to bits and ordered some bits for it.
Ordered another one of these to keep me warm

Cracking work so far :)
Can I ask how you secured your windows in? Screwed fronts bonded rears?
I'm fitting mine this week :) also how did you get the rears out lol don't wanna break em lol
I'm thinking of swapping my Leon K1 for a suitable daily 'tow' car and hadn't thought of the all roads at all, yours looks really tidy.
I hate the silver ones tho with black plastic bumpers etc lol
As far as I'm aware they all do aswell! As you can see the door bars are still duck taped to the diagonal bar so I'd guess they won't give much protection being there. When I get round to actually fitting the cage I might weld them in the right place and use the platform plates I got in nicely...
Saturday night I got carried away and took the dash out the clio
Was dark when I finished so only pic I took was it sat in my garage
And Sunday morning revealed the mess lol

Car looks awesome mucka :)
Regarding the 'rattle' I get this with my PMS kit. Does my heading on motorways and long trips. I usually put my thumb on the screws and apply abit of pressure lol. Keep thinking about taking the knob apart to see what is rattling.
Wouldnt stop me buying one again...
Got it cover mucka
This little beauty will save me foggy screens and weight
Nice little bulkhead adaptor too
I fitted one in my old track car and worked fine :)
it also ran mega camber and was converted to manual steering with a custom wide track conversion which I won't do to the...
Currently sat on holiday in Corfu :) given me plenty of time to think about the next step for the clio, which has seen me order a few items :)
before i I came out here I rushed it in for mot, which passed nicely but does have a slightly binding front caliper on the near side. I reckon the pads...
will have aver to have a think about what to do with them.
Ebay mate.
Not sure if I like that idea or not lol?! Don't wanna put any strain on the seat mounts/bolts.
Fitted my second seat tonight but just realised the bloody omp frames are on the piss. They make the seat lean into the middle if the car :(
anyone else suffer with this? I didn't think I have to leave them stupid little plastic tabs on that the oem seat sat on top of!
Had a look at yours. Looks tidy. I really want brembos aswell. Like me with my leon as well, power and boost addiction is cured by it lol. Still toying with the idea of making the leon a 400bhp daily weapon aswell tho haha :)
think your right mucka. There good quality tho and yeah there mega...
More updates defo. Taking the car out Saturday night to a meet a rockingham race way. You got a thread mate?
Its an OMP brace and think there golds?! They were around 550/600 quid iirc.
