It wasn't till the end of CSS someone told me they were speaking to you, totally missed you altogether. I won't know until later this year if we're going. Hopefully.
No mate it's minimal. The new Ceramic sealants add microns.
Renault is one of the hardest paints due to the "Hard" clearcoat lacquer. It is cheap it's just a plain b**ch to correct without good time spent.
Think they started using the "Hard" clearcoat lacquer around 2000 onwards. I...
Ah you misunderstand chap. No one has more respect for Marc and Paul even Kelly, James, Russ lots of proper detailers out there for their detailing talents etc. Doesn't mean I cannot comment on them.
The Rupes Bigfoot thing is just like basic product placement. I'm not saying he doesn't love...
The MK6 GT Tdi is a cracking car and remap city but a good embodiment of it is the Mk2 TT Tdi. Not sure if you can get a Tdi S-Line though. Now that would win.
I do love the lad. He's a very nice chap.
Hope that helped you mate. He did laugh at the email. I think he's used to the 1 line question ones! He likes a challenge anyway.
You can use CQUK on your wheels also but I would probably go with C5 on the wheels and exhaust as you already have it. I...
Good times. I had a sort of 172 rep. It was a 1.2 Extreme in Pearl Black. Xenons, 172 rear bumper, all colour coded. I'm an assessor so everything was done for free through work at the time.
It was a 52 plate but I had the facelift front bumper, mouldings, grille etc oh and some shocking rear...
Yeah it would be mate. The TT is sitting around mate at the moment. Was great for winter though, just might change soon.
Exploring some options. Though after 30,000 posts I should maybe at least look at buying a Clio!
Thanks again guys. Much appreciated.
I've never heard many bad things about the 182 at all. Some people have 3 or 4 things go wrong after purchase, I blame bad luck or poor buying.
Thanks mate. I don't worry about the Struts too much. Infact I wish that was all the Frp had to worry about when I had it.
I'm guessing most buy a set of cup shocks to tide them over or go without the car? Either is not a problem.
Rough fuel costs mate real world wise?
The shocks I knew about that's fine. Most have been done before sale anyway. Reminds me of the Frp, car off the road for days to service some brakes!
Thanks for all the help so far chaps, just an option I was exploring. I know what the tax, insurance and rough fuel costs are, consumables...
Being on this forum for so long it's not going to help but on the whole they don't sound too bad. I know some have had nightmares though.
I'm mostly asking about the Trophy in general but the components are all the same.
Excellent Dave! Exciting new stuff. I think it may even sit above Desire.
I like how you mention about the swirl filling, lot of people forget the oils can do that. :)
Just something popped up on Evo, didn't actually know it existed. Of course I would spend this money on a car but I love the idea of that looks with such a frugal well made car. Really appeals to me. Show over go for me.
Specced to 26k with the Kit etc...
