I have to laugh at the guy I see dropping steroids off every week to a guy I know. White E46 M3 Cab with some M3 no plate.
Yes, yes you are reinforcing the stereotype.
They still make sessantas though? They are utterly brilliant tyre, really nothing in that price range could touch them imo.
I would buy them on any future car. I know a chap that has 4 on each of his 3 cars, Mk1 Frs, Mk2 Frs and DS3. Simply brilliant.
You sound like us Dave, we rent a stunning place and have a deposit there, we simply have no interest in rushing in to buy at the moment.
Oh and 29-30mpg for me. Had a good 80 mile round trip last night mostly motorway and stop start traffic on the way back. What a car, really couldn't have...
FPMSL! I stalled the Cayman pulling out the carpark... blamed it on the high pedal. :o
I've fallen for Dsg big time!
Oh and once I had pulled away down the straight bit of road, realised the revs were bouncing off the limiter in first, ooops have to change gear innit, went to flick the up...
Dsg, check, fake 6 pot, check, Vag, check. Winner.. definitely. :o
That Cayman I got in earlier.. too busy looking for the paddleshift... :o Feck changing gear these days! Pauper!
Agree with JD, yopu'll definitely need a wet dry vac no matter what product you use. A lot of those fabric cleaners extract the dirt outwards, mostly the foaming ones. :) Oil is a killer though. Good luck.
Thanks mate.
Little bit of technique aswell mate but on any other paint a 3M Yellow pad would help. See some of Russ' old threads. It's a clever product. I'll try out their new Micro Prime soon. Need to speak to Dawn about it.
Yeah of course wipe down each panel, kinda went without saying I...
That sounds about right. I had 2 packages at the PO last week. Had no idea what they were.... 2 detailing orders! :o
Mercury is good. Some german company sell it in a tube also but it's about the same price.
Didn't Dan utterly slate me last year for masking my front end even though I was driving 400 odd miles!
Dan the geeky detailer, whodathunkit!
Oh and...
Lols I was the same last year with the Frp, 95% correction plus wet sanding on the whole front end then had to bloody drive it 450 miles! Worked out okay though!
Doesn't matter what car you have mate looking after is the main thing.
What about some Black on the Chrome mate of some kind? Personally I love the Chrome but Alice's cars need modding! :o
Don't listen to Scoot, he gets hormonal often.
