Bumder!
Well prime strong is ideal due to how versatile it is but failing that there are plenty out there, Lusso Creme is very very good at cleansing.
i'm going to order up some blackfire next month after testing my Raceglaze pre-wax pro. It's like Lime Prime but less oily. Good for quick...
Easily done mate, when I used it on engine bays I had to squirt very lightly or just put it on a cloth first them wipe stuff down.
Get some detail spray for times like that. Z6 if you can.
That's pretty shocking due to the fact, imagine how many people would have paid the orginal price or even the second price.
You get good ones and bad ones like anywhere. Words of mouth is important aswell! I'd rather drive to Brum to see Fred than let a Renault tech near my car!
Actually we had a beautiful weekend aswell last weekend I forgot. It was stupid degrees up here for April! Felt like July!
Hopefully more of that to come.
Yeah just a heads up on the LP, if you're using a different make of wax or a sealant cleanse the paint and just use the LP as your...
I'd love to see your grey Clio.
After doing it right once it'll be much easier to clean the next time, that bird s**t will probably PW off while you'll be standing there with a scouring pad making your Clio a nice shade of grey.
The grey one needs red bits mate and the black one has probably the worst set of alloys wheels i've ever seen as a modification.
Unsprung weight? Give a f**k!
Superb Dave, what bloody country do you live in! Shades and vests! Oh and who actually wears a vest! :o
Thanks for posting up mate, LP is very underrated with the right pad combo it can give fantastic results although I always cleanse the paint afterwards due to the oily nature of LP but you...
FPMSL! You do crack me up.
Lowering springs will have it looking perfect and not too low.
Decent plans, I wouldn't do the roof, spoils the looks imo. Was there a black abarth 500?
Really suits the black stripe even without the black mirrors mate, such a shame you didn't get grey.
Any plans for this one? Non farming related of course.
There polishes also seem decent, there is a very good guide to them on DW from Jesse @ Wolf's.
The bodywrap is like a nano sealant. Definitely worth trying their brake duster.
Stay away from Poly clay and buy decent stuff. Start with Bilt Hamber soft. It'll give you everything you need.
People forget soft clay is a good thing as the fallout is pulled into the clay because it's soft in turn stopping it from being pushed over the surface.
Indeed Dave. Good description.
I take a lot of pride in my work so I wouldn't put on other peoples cars that I wouldn't put on my own.
I'd use Z2 on other cars for some durability. It'll last 6 months even with 1 layer.
Loler I don't know why I said Onyx it mate, get the vics just now and try...
Infact f**k it.
Stick with the dodo for now and the money saved put it towards some nice Onyx or something. More suited to flat solid colours.
Treat yourself and your nice car. Maybe even some Zymol Carbon? Nor sure on durability though, Toby will tell you everything you need to know...
Ha, don't get me wrong that wax will isn't going to make my car look a million times more sparkly than any other car prepped right. But it's a lovely wax and using it, like Glasur you can really feel the effort that went into making it.
So nice to work with. Can leave on for days and come back...
That's the one Dave, for the price it's rather good.
My recent buy... http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wax/chemical-guys-celeste-dettaglio-paste-wax/prod_788.html
