Still looks stunning mate, Orange wheels clash so badly. Tracked though so i'll let you off!
Keep up the good work and i've always loved those steering wheels.
Look decent mate, not the sharpest but i'm sure you were concentrating on getting the shot first.
Can the guy drive at all? Looks like he spent more of his time off the tarmac! :o
Facepalming!
When has megapixels every meant anything? I had an SE camera w900i epic phone, 2mp camera it would leave 5 even 8mp cameras standing expecially the samsungs.
The Canon 350d has an 8mp camera. Are you telling me your daughters phone takes better pictures? Silly.
If all you have to...
Lets take this picture for example.
Now clearly the focus is on the daisies. Now bare with me. If I got to take a shot straight on the little green focus part comes up, do you guys move that without moving the camera?
Or is the camera picking up the object closest?
Noob/
Faulty pumps can blow ABS fuses mate, Ford Fiestas are particularly bad for it.
Get them to check it but iirc it's very hard to diagnose, worst case scenario, 2nd hand pump.
Pmsl!
Did someone just say the camera on the 3GS was old? Have you checked to see how old your phone actually is? The camera on the iPhone 4 is incredible imo!
For a phone that doesn't really put gimmicks like that top of it's list it's immense!
The phone above looks s**t. I like HTC's but...
Re: Project 172k Trophy, & its endless track abuse
Awesome Dave! Miles me nothing once it's had enough re-work done! :)
Let me know once you're selling! ;)
I see what you mean.
Hmm I have an account and stuff just never got on with it at the first time of trying. Need to give it a go with my new camera pictures. I'm sure they will look a lot better on Flickr.
Flickr I found so hard to work compared with PB!
Not too bad if you have PS then upload to Flickr but at least PB gives the option to edit after uploading.
Your polish will remove everything mate, as the clay will with most waxes. Anything the clay misses the polish ill catch and leave a lovely base.
Use a pre-wax cleanser after polishing for added durability to the wax and a better base for any glaze/wax combo.
Something like Jeffs acrylic Prime.
First off mate, you say you are going to get your hands on a machine polisher. With that comment I assume you have never used one before?
If you haven't i'd get practicing before you unleash it on an expensive car.
Friend or not. Da polisher or not you have no idea what the paint could be like...
Those pictures of the guy who nxt tech'd his RB with no machine work says it all!
It was dripping wet, looked immense, i'm sure up close it might have been a different story but same goes for most cars including my own.
Hmm, black without a shadow of a doubt is best to detail. The reflections and depth of colour sometimes is incredible.
Red is one I have such a soft spot for, i've always loved red cars.
And one of my favourites is grey like on the newer stle M5's ect... so much flake pop although reflections...
Fantastic build! Really really admire the dedication.
Real real shame about the fire, I hope it ends well and he salvages it!
Were those Blistiens he chopped and re-welded?
Looks great mate, really suited the scene back then aswell.
The exhaust and wheels of course aren't to everyones tastes and even without those shocking lights you'll still look chavvy but you'll know what's best. :)
It's hard to really capture the red on some cameras, I seen a red TT the other day on DW and the pictures made it look so washed out.
Good job though mate.
Really looks like a lovely position for the dust to sit and build up. Mines iirc are quite flat at the back so not quite as abad and they were refurbed at some point last year.
