You are one of very few then mate. was going to keep it like that, but i was 50/50 and so many people didn't like it. When I can afford to splash out on some wheel nut covers and some new axels ends I may take them off again.
Yeah lots mate... I have a project thread going but I'm not great at updating it.. lol
Have got some replica side skirts coming (more painting practice)
Just picked up myself some 172 door cards, front and back, so my new-ish interior will finally match. Sanded down the grab handles tonight so...
Do you work during the week mate???
I've gotta go to a birthday party sat early eve and a meet sun but I could do it for you.
Do you have tools? I could try make it down sat morning? Would have to be quite an early start??
EDIT: Just looked how far you are. Thought you were close than that...
Nice job you've done there mate, they look a little bright in the pic, but is that just the flash? I'm sure they'll dull down a little in the sun anyways.
Went down to Rob's (TheEvilGiraffe) and he gave me the use of some of his products and equipment.
Unfortunately no sun at all, but tried to get some ok pics.
I also fitted my centre caps today, so I added a pic of that in too.

All comments/criticism welcome :)
I lowered mine 60mm last week, on 16's. Haven't actually had more than one person in the back, but with three of us in the car there was no problem at all. Doubt I'd have a prob with 1 more tbh.
Z'omg. I love this. Is there only one ph1 silver? Looks a nice blue'y colour!
Only thing I'd change is get the front a little lower and maybe the back a little higher. Depending upon when you put this up for sale I could rip your arm off, job pending. (Interview tmrw)
Wow cheers, like the ph1 ph2 bit, i confused the crap outta a local mechanic with reversing it into his workshop. :)
Sorry I didnt get back to you with a pic, I took one but then got back late last night from a trip to JMS's work shop, and it was too cold to go out and got the camera I'd left...
I quite liked the cookie manor of them, I recently did a design exhibition where we design one for each person who was in the exhibition, we gave them out as business cards.
I'll dig out a pic.... Taken on iPhone
Me :o
Is it possible that the crank sensor is getting knocked by and therefore damaged??
Only other thought is are you replacing just the sensor unit? Or the loom piece as well? As I believe there is an updated loom out for this.
I guess I'll see what condition my handles are in when i get them tmrw, I have little patience with thin coats, but I guess that'll have to change.
120 - 500 - 800 is my preference, gotta hate getting 120 wet though, it always breaks apart :(
Coilies are looking real nice though mate!!
