Go for a "satin" paint if you dont want them to be too shiney mate, just a spray "satin" or matt if you want a very dull colour finish.

Can someone tell me where the gear box level plug is on a 1.2 8v??? Drive shaft has just popped out whilst lowering, pissed oil everywhere, need to refil.

Why would it bugger me up??? Can't they just counter balance on the other side???? :( I think only one has a wheel weight on it....

Kinda hard to explain..... Its another block, that goes inbetween the cars one and the stereo one, this one has wires for all for speakers, but plugging that into the car block would have no effect so then from that i cut the wires on it for the rears and hooked up the speaker cables direct...

After fitting a ph1 172 interior to the car I have been wondering if it is possible to restore the leather at all?? I know with sofa's you can get coloured leather polish and then give it a clear coat of polish to get scratches out, would this work on a car? The interior is in pretty good nick...

There is an adapter you can get to fix this, I got it from a local audio shop as my 1.2 RN was only set up for two speakers. Go to a local car audio shop and ask explain what you mean. They'll know what you need. You have to mod the wiring a little even with this connector, but its easy enough...

Wow I'd forgotted how bad it was after the crash, I remember the original thread! Looking brilliant now, looks so much better not colour coded IMO, I think the black works really well with the weird colour it is! V unique car.
