Had the same issue on mine when my step dad first owned the car, I think my brother "fixed" it by gobbing loads of tiger seal to make one. It seams to have worked, still like it over years later!!
Finished the inlet and fuel rail guard yesterday, hopefully this will help tidy up the engine bay.
Need to purchase a battery cover too, got one eyed up on eBay, I just need to pull my finger out and pay for it! Also gave the enine bay a bit of a clean and de-grease too. That is looking lots...
That's a nice simple induction kit, I like it a lot. Would like to get one for mine, mainly for the noise factor! But can't really justify spending £100's on a kit, so a DIY one seems like a good option.
Selling the steering wheel I took off the car a while ago. I just want it gone as I cba to take it to my new place next month.

Will probably have to do the same on mine as I don't have the facilities to do this at my place, at my parents I do though! Plus I need my car daily so I can't have it in pieces for too long.
You can.....

But for £24...really?? I made my own by gluing a blanking gromet over the hole. I painted the bit of plastic first though to make it...
This is what I am currently doing to my engine bay, getting that all nice and tidy. My inlet is currently in the garden drying, hopefully it will be dry enough tomorrow to sand back the lettering to paint orange.
I saw one at junction 12 this morning about 7am, coming from Reading on the A4, didn't see where it shot off to though as I was stuck at the lights getting off the M4
that's what I was going to do, not going to spray the lettering, was wondering what paint people have used as I didn't want to buy a high heat orange for something so small when I already have some!!
Good advice though, thanks
I am using VHT paint for the main part of the inlet (and fuel rail gaurd), but I want to paint the "Reanault Sport" logo in orange to match the wheels and mirrors. I was going to use some orange paint that I've used to touch my wheels up with (it's normal car paint), but will it peel and flake...
Spare wheel looks dry. I dot have back seats so that's an easy check!
I think it has all come out as jay been for a drive and it's not making any noise. But I don't want it being damp and a rust issue
just cleaned the car (looking very smart!) and just moved it off the drive and there is a sloshing noise of water somewhere in the car. I can't see it or find it. It sounds like from the rear off side wheel arch. I've looked in the hole behind the door card and no water. Bit damp but no...
Same issue on mine a while back! Ended up using a heat gun to get it off. Then some dirty student broke the new arm I put on it so I removed the whole thing and run no rear wiper.
If going for coloured wheels then callipers should be black. If black / dark grey wheels then having an accent colour on the callipers is a nice touch.
My horn shorted out when I was putting my after market steering wheel on. MASSIVE flames. I couldn't get the wheel off though as one bolt was half in place. To be honest I did worry quite a lot! The only damage was the wiring for the horn doesn't exist anymore from the wheel to the top of the...
Mine had and advisory last years MOT test saying some surface rust on parts of the chassis and wishbones, but this was basically an orange stain, I should have done something about this but it's a pig to see without a ramp or pit!
Nope, it isn't affecting just the purchased music, but what was on the phone at the time it was restored (total of 3 albums). Only my phone has been conencted to this account and computer, so that shouldn't be an issue.
But basically I want to remove the music that is stored "on this device"...
They are good albums so it wont be the end of the world. It is just messing with me OCD which is really bugging me!!! (All my music has all relevant album art work and details as I can't stand it if its incomplete! haha)
Ok...after some more playing around the sync settings and the order of deleting / syncing / resetting I have solved it, I think!
It's connect phone and switch off sync music. Then sync. Then swutch on sync music, select what you want to be sync'd and then sync.
No idea how I managed to get this...
Having issues with deleting songs on my iPhone 4s, running iOS 8.2.
I have no playlists or music to be syned in iTunes, so there should be nothing on it. But somehow there are a few albums that are stored "on my device" when I plug it in which sync. I delete them on the phone, but when I plug...
Is it really impossible to get this part out?
reading through threads and apparently it is a dash out job, has anyone thought of an easier way of removing it? I want to tidy up the interior and just re-paint the trim, in black and nothing tacky!!
