I cannot anwer your question but AFAIK all MkII disc equipped Clios run a sealed bearing in the discs. Do you have a shot of the bearing? On some cars the bearings can fall apart due to the race getting stuck on the stub axle?

I couldn't see a link for the photo. What size are your front brakes? The Turbines on my 172 were a bolt on fitment.
