think im defo looking at a ph2 172 now.. if i was to get a 182 id want a liquid yellow one which are abit pricey.
Think ill get either a black, blue or flame red 172 :)
Anything i should really watch out for then apart from box and belts?

Id probably be opting for a black one either shape probably.. id like the RB or liquid yellow 182 but that means going over budget.

Well ive not been part of cliosport for almost 5 years now after selling the old mk1 hybrid now im looking at either a ph2 172 or a 182 but unsure what to go for...
So really the question is which ones the best? I have a budget of around £4k and looking for something which hasnt been messed...
yes the wheels are from a mk1 rsi.. urs is a mk2.
Get rid of the sunstrip and any other stickers... colour code and drop it as low as it will go... ph2 rear lights and a nice front splitter and your crackin :)

well ive got a code to deactivate the immobiliser and then to reactivate it and code it to the existing key... hope this works... if it does ill glady share the info with everyone :)
its turnin over but not starting and the light doesnt go off like it should jus stays on and keeps flashin...

Ive heard that u can turn ignition on... hold central lockin button down then take key out and put it back in or sumthin.... aparently that works... ne1 kno?
Anyone know how to fix this...
When the ignition is turned on the light keeps flashing repeatedly, doesnt go off and obviously the car wont start.
The manual says either the car doesnt recognise the key or there is a fault with immobiliser.
Anyone able to help?

My girlfriends mk2 ph1 1.2 8v is sometimes having trouble starting...
It will turn over but wont start...
The starter motor is fine
Sometimes though it will start straight away no problems and then sometimes it wont start what soever....
Anyone any ideas what the problem could...

my old hybrid used to eat 172/182s for breakfast but i raced a VR6 up a hill, i had a car full and he was alone, i was away he was way way behind but by the top of the hill he was going past me.... my brakes were lots better though :) From a standing start clio all day, but on a long bit of road...
if your handy with a rattle can get ya sen a few tins of paint from halfords (£10 each) a few tins of primer and laquer and a bit of wet and dry and you can do it for £30 :)
