well after connecting the battery theres no change. turn key, lights come on, immobiliser light flashes fast, and car wont even turn over. :( :( :(

i disconnected the battery last night, im just going out now to re-connect it and see what happens.................. FINGERS CROSSED :(

the copper thingy you refer to is still there. all i can assumed has happened is, when i tryed to start the car with key minus the circuit board with the transponder attached the car didnt detect it and activated the immobiliser, and due to the immobiliser activating it may have upset something...

didnt mention that its a 2002 clio, ive looked in the fob and i cant actually see anything missing from the circuit board, like the transponder you mentioned. im familiar with what you mean, a small solid piece of plastic, does this apply to 2002 models?

well to cut along story short my drivers seat airbag has had to be replaced due to a small knock in my clio, which ive done by replacing it with a second hand seat from a breakers yard. also the rear seat belt drivers side pre tention has also blown still on the look out for 1 of these. but...

clio dynamique alloys and 172 alloys are they the same as they look very much alike, but before i go ahead a buy a 172 alloy to match my dynamique alloys is there any differants

im looking for some info on the removing and fitting of seat from a 2002 model clio :)

how do i remove the front seats from my clio dynamique two door? i have only ever removed seats from a vauxhall cavalier, and they are held in by 4 bolts, 1 at each end of the seat runners, but ive looked in the same places on my clio and i dont see any bolts. can anyone help...

bit of a strange request but can anyone tell me the weight of a drivers seat out of a 2002 clio :)

drivers seat air bag has blown due to a slight bump in the clio, ive just realised that the rear seat belt drivers side has lock too, so can any1 tell me what i need to do to sort this out

what bumpers can i put on my clio dynamique 1.2 02 plate, to up grade it? will clio sport bumpers go right on with no hasstle :D

£220 just for the new airbag pod from renualt :( + the padding in the seat also rips, so when stiched it might look abit baggy if you know what i mean
