ive been looking into this lately and its felt that plasma is better for real life true colours such as skin tones etc and lcd's are better for others such as gaming etc. Also having looked around it seems you need to spend around £500 more to get a comparable lcd to be plasma quality.

I suggest you take a spirited drive in both and then you will see why many owners from here have gone to the vx. I considered a v6 for a while but once id driven the vx everything in its price bracket dulls in comparison, in looks, performance and handling. Its as simple as that.

There is a guy on the vx forum who is in the process of buying a throphy from a local dealer for £9600 i think it was. Sounds like a good price to me for a future classic.
