Hi, just wondering if it is safe to use a pc close to the edges of you panels, eg Bonnet, or does it tend to take off to much of the laquor. Would it be wise to just use a polishing pad instead of the cutting? Matt :cool:

Only had this weekend to clean the car before FCS as i'm on holiday the week before....cleaned, clayed, polished and waxed. Wheels are looking Sh!t...but i'm getting my re-fubed willys back tomorrow, so that should be a big improvement...couple of pics.

Washed and waxed her the weekend and fitted the r19 rear leathers...pretty pleased with em. Had the willy lump in for a few weeks now, and i'm loving it. Plans now to get the brakes sorted, cos one of em is fooked cos a bolt came loose...getting the wheels re-furbed in gold...and may be dropping...

Has anybody had this done by Hill Power, if so what does it include, e.g fully re-built willy lump...

Tried the Megs Clay system this weekend, and followed this up with AG super resin, AG Extra Gloss Protection, P21s Wax as recommended by r-jay:D. Very pleased with the results, but noticed some fine scratch marks which the clay had left, after it picked up some crap off the car:o. This was soon...

Gave my valver the full treatment over the weekend, washed, clayed, polished, sealed and waxed. Was quite time consuming, but well worth the effort. First time i've used clay, was well pleased! Poor pics due to light. Opinions welcome:D

What are peoples views on the best induction kit for a valver? "Best" meaning one that draws in the most cold air into the engine. I've been told that the standard airbox and filter is good and would be an improvement over my K&N. I've been looking at Pipercross and Hill Power. Cheers, Matt:D
