i fink my head gasket has gone on my 1.2 16v clio its all creamy in oil cap and is using a lot of water any ideas on how to change it and pics would be very helpfull and any info at all on doin it thx and does anyone know how to adjust accelrater pedal thx

hi ive had this problem for some time now. my clio keeps cutting out and will not sart again but if you leave it 5mins it will start again fine it driving me mad ive changed the coil pack and it still happening what can it be?
