Formula One Autocentres do a price match on all tyres. I'm ordering a pair of Rainsport 2's at £77 each fitted. Camskill couldn't match this price.

Nice find. I have trophy 124 and can confirm the boot struts are useless in the current cold weather but fine in the warmer weather.

All fixed now thanks to Mick at Diamond. It turned out to be a problem with the alternator ( faulty voltage regulator )

What was the problem with your headlamp and washers ? I think my HCU has gone faulty too so it's going to be an expensive month.

Sounds like I have a similar issue. Would this also affect the wipers and indicators. Sounds weird but when the service, abs, airbag and traction lights come on the indicators and wipers also stop working. I haven't driven the car in 6 weeks as I've been on holiday and this has just started...

Reassuring stuff. Cam belt and Aux belt were done last year so ( fingers crossed ) it should just be standard servicing for a few years.

Hankook Evo or Uniroyal Rainsport appear to be the favourite non Michelin alternatives. They're about £86 a piece fully fitted. If anybody can find a better price for PS3 then I'd be interested.

Hi, I need to replace the exhaust on my Trophy and was looking at a Milltek. Do you find it ok on your Trophy. I'm not after anything loud.

Problem now fixed. It was a blown 30amp maxi fuse.

I had a similar issue on my Trophy. Turned out to be a blonw 30amp maxi fuse. Replaced it and fans work on all speeds - result. Thanks to previous posters for highlighting which fuse to check.

Hi, the air con and fans have stopped working on my 182. They were fine this morning but now apprear to be dead. I'm hoping its just a fuse that has blown. Anybody had a similar issue ?

Very informative thread - I'm replacing one of my bolts tonight as it seems that the metal cup on the old one has disintegrated and the screw is now loose. I've been getting an annoying rattle at 2000 rpm so I'm hoping this will fix it.

I think I'll be jacking it up and removing them after all. The hotel I'd booked to stay at whilst my car was worked on at Silverstone has burnt down. Premier Inn Silverstone is now a smoking ruing. I think I'm cursed :eek:

Thanks Fred, I wondered if Spring compressors were needed. However, the refurb place want the springs removed before I send the dampers to them so I guess I'll need compressors to remove them after I've removed the damper.
