Hey Chaps, Ive just got the car back from the garage and the guy said that i needed a new Ball Joint Bolt as the old one was fooked. He's temporarily repaired it with a different bolt but he said there's a certain one which is the correct length. He said the local motor factors didnt sell them...

ah right, Its booked in tomorrow as my car went into limp mode on the way to work the other day. I took to get diagnosed and the lambda sensor was the only main fault to show. Will have to ask the guy a price before the works done! Cheers guys

I tried this method and when i took the leads of one the car sounded like it was gonna stall and cut out. I take it this should happen? Oh and theres a few sets of 4 on ebay for around 40 notes. Dont know wot to make of them tho! Chris

mmmm The plastic filter box i got seems to be sealed all the way around i dont know any other way to get into it other than saw the top off lol Chris

Ah right sound. The only reason i noticed it was because im having running probs from Leads or Coils and i tried tracing the leads to somewhere and this yellow crusty stuff is over some of the wires where i traced em to.

What does brake fluid smell like?

I cant actually tell what it is. The joint was a bit wet but only a tiny bit.
