anyone know where i could buy thin strips of self adhesive foam or something like that to stick where there is contact between a few panels and i get rattles at certain frequencies with my speakers?

Should I put this on the metal in the door closest to the inside of the car or closest to the outside? I know ideally it would be both, but what will prevent vibrations best?
