Hi all,
my clio has developed a fault.
when turned on the engine idle hunts between 2000 and 1000 rpm.
if you press the throttle, nothing happens.
the light in the middle of the dash board (the one that looks like 2 loops) stays on.
is there a known reason for this?
model is '51 1.2...
omitting there accessabilty, i'm wanting to know if they just unscrew from the steering rack, or is there a clip that needs to be removed first, are they left or right handed?
again just to clarify, i'm not talking about the track rod ends, but the track rods.
many thanks
Rich.
thanks for your replies,
it is the 'inners', the arm with the ball joint, not the track rod ends.
ditz, does your tool grip the bar, or the ball joint housing on the end of the tie bar. (i don't mean track rod ends)
cheers
Rich.
thanks 4 your replys.
the passenger seat has no wires or connectors comming from it, although there are wires comming from the floor. it also has a passenger airbag. the passenger seat has no pretensioner.
the drivers seat has 2 connectors. one under the base, a pressure sensor i presume...
Hi all, this is my first post.
i,ve been reading threads on the airbag light, however, mine is a bit differenf.
the problem is that my clio (51 1.2 authentique) has had new front seats fitted from either a different spec clio or an earlier model.
there is no wires in the passengers seat...
