Nope, nothing. Ive had a few ideas from people. Coil pack, water in the plugs, fuel filter ( but i hear its internal and doesnt need to be changed)

Well no it wasnt, so is it just a matter of slightly moving something or is it a start again job - because it was an absolute arse of a job doing it. Sorry im no mechanic im just a message man to my mechanic

so does this need to be done on the diagnostics? or mechanical? i dont see how it could be mechanical cos like i said we put a lock on the wheel. The diagnostics say its about 1 1/5 turns out of line

Hi, ive read the forum posts etc to see if the problems are the same. Ive recently has my Steering rack changed, and the service/esp lights came on. A lot of posts have said this comes on when changing the steering wheel. My mate put it on the diagnostics and the fault said it was the steering...

Read a few posts on this just to clarify. I need to change my steering rack and servo, will this show whats needed to be done in this manual? i know they do no cover the sports, but is it pretty much the same? thanks

Posted this before but notice something different. Basically if i tap my brakes i get this horrible loud high pitch squeak, but doesnt do it if i hold the brakes on. It also makes this noise not as loud when i turn left, does this not constant but as the wheel goes around. its almost like...

when i brake, or just tap the brakes slightly i get this horrible noise, it sounds like air leaking or something. It sounds like the noise when you repair a bike tube and hear the air coming out in the water. Been told it could be the servo.. but could be anything to do with it. ANnoying thing...

sorry for late reply.. its been on the diagnostics and nothing came up. Its more of a lumpy noise.. but i found out the terminals on my alternator were screwed and wasnt charging properly. Seems to have solved the problem

Im pretty sure my dephaser pulley has gone, sounds like a diesel, misfiring , rinsing petrol Will a 172 dephaser pulley fit a 182?

As the title says when i let off the accelerator my cars makin a very loud squeaking noise... is it the gearbox mount? its either that or an engine mount but ive rocked the engine about to try and find the noise but it doesnt happen. This a common problem or any1 else had this problem? thanks

tbh i dont rele notice it at high speeds, its more at slower speeds, when im pullign away or parking or turning i notice it more

When i turn my steering wheel full lock either side i get a clicking noise.. its nto a shuddering noise or knocking noise. Just this 1 click when i go either way. Thought it might be the driveshaft, but my mate said it could be the steering rack any idea?

Im having that problem also , not a knocking noise tho, more of a squeak! doing my nut

i thought it may be the handbrake.. this just a standard noise or does something need tightening

Its at all stations i go to.. even wen i do it slowly i get a £5 a time tops, i didnt know whether it was something that needed replacing put up with it at first but now its doing my nut

When i fill my car up, i can put in about £3 at a time, then it clicks as it would do on a normal car when its full Any ideas cheers

bit of both really, had a sportka on weitec coilovers previously and it was unreal not really sure what i can expect from this car handling wise so hoping for a few tips :)

I want to tint my tail lights or buy some, ive seen some on the bay they are finished in a glossy black and im thinkin they might be too much ive always bought a set of clear lights and tinted them myself but i cant find any for the clio. Would spraying the standard lights become to blacky red...
