if it is a straight car and you know what your doing it would be a bargain but if not you may aswell spend bit extra and get one thats had all the belts and everything works plus its a lot lot easier that way!

well for speed i just bin on confused and compare the market and they like 4 grand plus a yr!! crazy, i managed to get 4 yrs no claims as well now it amazing at 20 lol

how much are people paying for insurance and with what company?? i'm 19 and wanting a sport wondered if anyone else got one at this age and managed to get insurance?? any help??

I'm 19 nearly 20 and want a 182 is there anyone out there similar age with a 182 who isn't paying over £2000 a year insurance? i buying all sport parts for my 1.2 be cheaper to buy one it's just the insurance any advice??

think you need gearbox out at least to start looking at whats happening in there

you always slacken the pulleys it is supposed to help with putting the belt on,also from past experience it makes it possible to lock the engine up and still rotate the belt freely,i think by the book you are meant to turn it 6 times on the cam pulley,theres a special tool to rotate the cams

not exactly a chav mobile if it didn't have exhaust and lights on,loads of people liked my wheels a while back,i would never change my wheels,unless i got coilovers with some really nice 15s

its got RS grill, i have never been happy with that horrible exhaust tbh but never got round to replacing it,

putting a 1.2 16v slowest clio in the world on a track isn't going to be a real thrill ride is it!!

it lowered 40mm now but i would like some coilovers.There that many sets out there though it a mine field! i was putting original lights back on got them in garage car come with 2 sets

Here is my 1st car! not quite a sport but all i can insure at the age of 18 really.... It's a 2002 Clio 1.2 16V dynamique. It has 17" TSW Volcano alloys, lowered 40mm, CAT back stainless exhaust, lexus style rear lights, Tinted windows (back window was recently smashed so not had retinted yet)...

definatly TDC sensor same happened to me,there is a modified wiring peice you need now as they have changed the plug on the sensor.hope this helps
