All, I've got a Clio mk.3 (i think...the one from like 01 to 08) I want to put a set of HID's in on the dipped beam H7's but don't know how easy it is going to be getting the big pack on the back of the bulbs in between then light and the fuse box and on the other side with the chassis...

It was really just to test them out, just to say i did it. just confused about how to fit them. i can feel a bit of DIY brackets coming on. And indeed...i HATED the campus before my mum bought one. serves me right for writing off the sexy '05 extreme i had :( :clown:

SCRAP THAT! Got my dad on the case with me! Sorted it! It was bloody tight squeeze but we managed to get the 12v through the bonnet release grommet. I did have to clip off the fork from the end of the 12v though but i have 3 gold plated ones spare. We used 1xphilips screwdriver (the same...

I meant replaced the grommet. I really REALLY dont wana drill. Renault are clowns! the '02 clio has a better grommet in that lets u straight in!:(

It's an '07 though :S Trouble is, i can get a coathanger through to start, then cant get the wire back...what if i relact the gromet thats in with a different one? would that help?
